You need to eliminate one thing at a time and then move on. Tee in a pressure / vacuum gauge between the fuel tank and transfer pump to make sure you have an ample supply of fuel. If the gauge shows any kind of vacuum then something is restricting the supply of fuel. If that checks out okay then put a pressure gauge between transfer pump and injection pump to check out the transfer pump and filters. I don't know what the pressure should be but I would think your dealer could tell you. If this all checks out then I would think it would have to be the pump or an electrical problem. Just my 2cents worth. Good luck. PS: Usually when you have this much trouble, most of the time it is something simple that is overlooked.
