The other posters are right about the chisel, putty knife, scraper, for removing the tar. For removing bolts, I like to put the impact wrench on the outside of the bin & hold the nuts with a wrench. Most of the time you end up with both the nut off the bolt, and the bolt out of the hole, all in one step.
