Fulton County Ohio | 2001 1770 so the wedge box is off to the right side. Dealer was given SN prior to purchase. Failed to do his homework and fried the original wedgebox with a software upgrade that was not compatable. Had to replace with a newer wedgebox and new $1650 harness. They did not have a rate controller available or willing to use as a test unit. I return to the issue of the rattle in the rate controller. This can not be good. How much testing do they need to do before they agree to replace it? I have no idea why the unit will not function. I paid Deere for a unit that would work. They have failed to provide performance. Dealer has spent plenty of his time. D-tech leads him down the wrong path way too often. Someone at Deere needs to step up to the plate. Extended warranty is in place but no answers to the issue. | |
