| I would assume the installation of the Base should have been done properly but to me it sounds as if the base is not "seeing" enough satellites, either the Mask angle is maybe set to 13 degrees were now the recommended setting is 10 degrees, or there is an obstruction.
It sounds like there is no problem with the RTK radio link if you are getting 100% CMR & the data age is around 1 second.
If possible take a look at the front panel of the base station & check how many sats are in view,
then check the mask angle on the receiver on your tractor & set this to 10 degrees max.
You should be seeing a big benefit going to RTK both in signal acquisition & accuracy, sounds like there is a fundamental error somewhere......
