Anything with autosteer should be greased daily or close to it IMO. When we had our 8220 with solid axle they sent us a flyer saying that the front end should be greased often and I still follow that, including combine rear axle and center pivot on a 4wd. If you watch a tractor running autosteer does a lot more wiggling of the steering than it would if you were running it by hand.
