WC Iowa
The rougher the terrain the more power the ILS will give you over the solid axle, had an 8400 and an 8420 ILS that dynoed out just about the same and on the grain carts they felt like they had the same power but there was no question which one would pull more especially on the scrapper. And i cant get ours to power hop, with the diff locked on the disk ripper going through a cart path i can just sit at a dead stop with all tires turning and it just sits and digs 8 holes in the ground and never hop. I guess we dont run our tractors to high enough hours because we havnet had any major trouble with our ILS tractors, just one sensor and 2 rubber boots has been all.
