I am not a hundred percent sure but I don't think that you will NOT pull a 1895 if you are pulling a 40' 5710. Maybe a 30' but not the big dog 43'. I would check the weight difference between the 1985 and the 5710 40' and 47', that will be the difference. The 1895 has a lot of iron in it. Are you going to keep your bourgault tank? I ABSOLUTELY would if I was you. I have used a JD tank a little and they are so rude to work around and set compard to a bourgault. They are a lot lighter though. Just don't do it. A neighbour rented a 1895 43' with a new 9320 from a deere dealer and seeded 200 acres with it. He had a few hills that he would just dig a hole in the no-till ground with his tractor. This year I seeded all of his ground for him, which was worked up and I was able to pull all of the hills. We have a 9300 with a 40' 5710. I would demo one and try it out. Those 1895 have a lot of weight to them. Good luck and let us know what you come up with.
