need to drill four 3/8 inch holes in cement in order to place stainless steel anchor studs for a ritchie waterer. can i do this with a regular drill and masonry drill bit? also-is it necessary to fill the hole with anything after studs are inserted ( to keep water from seeping in and to help stabilize the studs )? any suggestions would be great.
