Take a can of eather and wash the area down and blow off with the air hose. I think your leak may be coming from somewhere other than the bolt as it goes in a dry hole. The seal around the bottom shaft is leaking, or one of the steel steering lines that go to the steering gear has ruptured and sprung a leek. Jon
