| Why not just have the boom replaced and be done of it? I doubt you'll come ahead on them writing it off even if they would?
I can't see the main frame bending, so just change the boom out. You'll probably get as much and then some that way. You'd get paid for the worn pins and bushings that were already incurred on it...
For what it's worth, if it was mine, and I bent it, I'd straighten it. Probably with blocking and another tractor pulling, or mabey dozer hydraulics.... Be dammed if I bought another machine over that.
