Our sensor can be calibrated to do oil in corn and soy. I have also been looking for some known canola samples to build a calibration for that. Sugar beets may be a little more difficult as our photons can't penetrate a sample beyond a centimeter or so.

The system can easily do protein in barley. A matter of fact is our standard wheat protein calibration measures barley just fine.

I will agree with BigNorsk in that in order for the technology to pay, one has to use the information to better manage. Otherwise, time and energy is simply wasted.
