wonder if your going to start farming-anyway you can prepay Dad-to buy where you will farm someday-investing in your self would probably be where to start-$20,000 down on a farm site,you could probably always get the cash borrowed for the cows
Right, and I agree, but my dad already owns the land and I will be renting it from him, he wont sell it. He is farming for about 2-3 more years to build up his retirement again after just purchasing another chunk of land. So I need to find something to do for 3 more years. Im located in central IA area. for those who wondered. |
