Thanks for the advice. I can't take it to Pacific Ag as I am sure they are many hours from me. The pipe problems vary from dented, broken, etc. I am just wanting to become more self sufficient.

Ben - I have many spares, but we didn't have a spare mover joint for the wheel line that broke last night. I had a good coupler and pipe, I just needed the two attached to each other. I do have a welder and know how to weld aluminum. I have patched wheel line pipe before, too. What I couldn't do was weld the aluminum pipe to the steel coupler that attaches to the mover unit. It used to be not as big of a deal when our local pump store was open on Saturdays, but not anymore. So now, a Friday break down translates into a Monday afternoon by the time it is fixed.

Thanks.
