Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Each Cal Load should be done at a different flow rate but at a constant flow rate for that load. With largely varying yields this can be difficult.

This is part of the reason Ag Leader recommends doing smaller loads. At first it would seem that a larger load would minimize the error but the problem is keeping the flow rate constant during that load.

Since the Ag Leader system uses a series of 10 flow Cal values, the system needs to fine tune the cal value for the various flow rates. Some systems only use one Cal value and the overall average concept for calibrating may work.

If you display the flow rate (bu/hour) and attempt to keep it constant during a Cal load you will be on the right track to establishing the correct Cal number for that flow rate.
