Both sides of the Mason-Dixon Line
alot of things come to mind: Double check the console and vehicle settings to make sure that you have the correct sensor cal number in there. I've never experienced what the incorrect sensor cal number might do but I can't imagine it would be pretty. Also, rather than comparing bushels, compare the monitor weight vs scale weight and monitor moisture vs scale moisture. This will give you a better indication of where the miscalibration is. While you're at it, use the moisture reading from the mill to calibrate the monitor instead of using a handheld tester. Finally, when calibrating the weight, be sure to run at least 4 cal loads, all with different flow rates. Could it be that you calibrated yesterday in corn with, for example, 4 loads in 200 bu corn at 4 mph, and then moved into 125 bu corn the following day? If this is the case then the monitor would have never been calibrated for the grain flow rates in the 125 bu corn.
