Wardsville, Ontario, Canada | OK. Did a little checking. There was a fellow in Melbourne who was taking tires. His biggest market was in the States, supplying 3" chunks of rubber. The order changed to 1" chunks, and it would be too costly to keep that market, so the tires started piling up and the government shut him down. Apparently there is a guy near Chatham who is taking a number or old tires, but no one seems to know who or where. He is keeping a low profile as well. Sorry I can't be more help.
