i don't even go in the store anymore. the salespeople all vanish when i go to area that i am interested. they actually turn around and run off. got so i would stop at the front desk and have them send someone up to escort me to the product. the tech (geek) seemed really high. maybe they are worth it, but i detected a lot of 'upselling'
any bad experience at Best Buy tech?
