Its from personal experience along with the overwhelming amount of complaints on the net. They are known as the lowest of the low to any one that knows computers, or other electronic equipment for that mater. The Geek squad may not be as bad as the in store, but I repeat I would not send a enemy to them for supposed repair. KB
