Apex 2.0 beta, allows the export similar to JD office, as point data (txt file). This is exported in their “bulk export”. You can also export the data as a shp file that is in polygons. In my opinion do not use Apex 1.5 for yield data if you intend to export your yield data, in 2.0 beta they finally got it right.
