We have a 24 row 30 inch DB 60 planter. Yes there has to be a rum on each row to hook the weigh pin into. I am a PP dealer so they were looking for someone to put weigh pins on every row. We had 5 pins on for our Airforce system and PP supplied the rest so cost was not an issue. Obviously this way gives you the best averages. You can see patterns as you go across the field due to tillage, etc. Interesting to see how different tillage systems affect how the planter rides in the spring. I need to get some of my Fieldview maps off my ipad so I can post them.
