Wouldn't the very same 'increased' solar flare activity that screwed with WAAS gps this spring maybe, just maybe be making things hotter???? Short term issue though, I read that the solar flare cycle will be in the low of the wave in about 6-7 years. I predict in 6-7 years things will be a 'bit' cooler and likely a little wetter weather.

I am sure some tree hugging group will claim all the emissions stuff is the cause of the slight turn around in heat.

To me its simple, you get closer to the fire or the fire burns hotter, you will feel more heat.........
