Kansas | Why do YOU need to buy a fencer for YOUR neighbor?
This is how I'm reading your post.
Have you had a visit with him? I'd do that before parting with good money to take care of something that is his responsibility.
Then my fencer of choice is the ones that work off of sunlight. Solar. I havn't bought one yet for myself but the supreme commander has two and they are the hot stuff. When the one I have currently goes to pot that is what I'm getting next. | |
