My corn was planted about 10 days later than yours, no tassles showing but ear shoots are just starting to come out so pollen will be flying here soon. Corn around your area looked pretty good a week ago last sunday..
btw I would rather not have exceedingly tall corn anyhow, too easy to throw ears.
