Pioneer owns the corn market here and I have already asked about a shorter hybrid. No such thing.

I am going to autosteer on the planting tractor next year so it would be pretty easy to come back in and spot plant some areas to a different hybrid. I am even considering just planting half the rate there. At least it would be easier for the pivot to push through. It's not very many acres out of a pivot that have clearance problems. Just depends upon how the spans fit the hills. The lost yield on a few acres would not cost me much in the big picture.
