| I see merit for this with drought tolerant crops (a few years away), however, it appears to be a slippery slope when "endorsing" one mode of action over another.
If I no-till in a drought year, shouldn't I be "entitled" to a premium reduction (if I farm in a limited water/rainfall area)?
The other problem is, what other "good farming practices" deserve premium reduction consideration?
Anyway, I like the idea of saving premium for my customers (and my own acres), but I am not sure I like this particular approach.
