then other premium reductions that reduce drought yield loss need to be given the same consideration. For example, notil in the western corn belt where I live should be given equal if not more reduction in premium. But then that probably will not happen because there is not the corporate clout behind it like Monsanto. RMA absolutely should not be a party to pushing business to any company.
