| Be sure to document the day and time that he sprayed. Call the local radio or TV station and have them look up the wind speed, direction and temperature for that date and time. If push comes to shove you will need facts and figures to support your case. I'd tell him that you're concerned, and then wait to see if there's any damage. If he's a good neighbor he will work with you. The sooner he knows you're worried the sooner he can notify his insurance company. | |
