| there are other places to get more accurate rent numbers. I trust our Farm Business Assn for more accurate numbers than i do anything the USDuh reports and especailly anything the Universities report. Our avg rent for our county is based on 7 ppl that sent in rent surveys to IA ST. Now, You tell me how that can be accurate?? i know we have more than 7 farmers in our county!!!
