So, you know that re. USDA reports (lacking accuracy), and I know that, and I'm guessing several others on here know that (re. accuracy), but USDA reports it anyway & people quote the info.
Maybe USDA should stop advertising their info as containing any accuracy. Also, let me say that Indiana Jones is not alone.
