southern MN | Was tired of doing things by the seat of my pants, got on board with ther coop marketing guy 2 years ago.
For 2 years now, he just shrugs his shoulders..... They don't know what to do either in this type of market. He is good at making a plan - good guy. Just, things are 'different' right now for a spell, and basing market plan on previous experience - well there isn't any previous experience with huge funds, cheap dollar, world demand, enviro programs all at the same time.
They guess about like we do for right now.
With $1.80 corn & $4.80 soybeans, those fellas can make a plan to grab an extra dime a bu for you. In this type of market when it is common to see any grain rise or fall 20 cents a week, they are kinda like us.....
