if you are really interested in topos, you need survey grade stuff - either RTK or post porcessed. can probably rent from engineering firm, surveyor or ??
And, you have the tire (rut) issue, suspension issue etc on whatever vehicle you are running.
Our group - in Montana - has a post processing unit. And I have maps on most of my farm - prettyinteresting stuff. Where in Manitoba are you?
