With Dave's numbers, you got charged both the shrink and dry. That phrase tells me that you should have been charged the shrink = 1720 bu of corn (bushels x 86% using 1.4% per point) Even if I take the MST discount AND shrink I dont come up with $4100. (1720 x 3.74 = $6432.8, mst disc at 4 cents per point = 80cents/bu x 1720 bu = $1376 = $5056.8) Generally it is either one or the other correct? But in this case they stated you should NOT have been charged the drying charge, just the shrink. I take that as 1720 bu of corn at contract price.

Im confussed.
