Yes the bin is still a GSI bin. Cargill pays for the bin, ladder, floor and roof. We pay concrete, fan, grain spreader, unloading equipment and labor to put it up. We're paying to have it put up, then we're putting the floor in and unloading equipment ourselves. I guess in 3 years i'll know if it was a good idea...
