We have been using a neem oil called Trilogy for years. Our main target has been spider mites and it also has some affect on thrips. It's very expensive however the REI is only 4hrs and it is very safe to users.

Trilogy® Fungicide/Insecticide/Miticide
ORGANIC BOTANICAL PESTICIDE
Natural oil extracts from the neem seed become an effective organic sprayable horticultural oil for broad spectrum pest management. This powerful, versatile botanical pesticide has three pest spectrums in one single product: fungi, insects and mites. Trilogy controls fungal leaf diseases like powdery mildew, rust and blackspot, and on contact aphids, whitefies, mites and softscale.
