I realize dealers had some bad debts. They still have them. But-we had many dealers that we'd set up a "prepay" and they'd give discounts. So, if one was truly a good customer, he could've used that to their advantage. I don't believe (know-I KNOW!) FP or CNH Credit offers no such "prepay" discount. They just keep your money 'til you want it back.

Also-you used to deal with someone @ your dealer. There was a human factor involved. Now-there is a minority worker on the other end of the phone. Our dealers didn't used to have them...but that's 'cause we we in stone age here I guess. Now you deal with that.
