Yes, but you have to insert it in the mapdot location in "Control Panel"

You can go to the old site, right click, choose properties, and copy the URL.

Then go to the new site, control panel, and upload the map dot.  Then insert the mapdot url in the other box, and you will see a test image.

You can also see your mapdot by clicking directly on the new page where they are all stored.  The FAQ gives you the new location.

Put your location in the location box of the Control Panel, and your text will appear below the mapdot.
