Sounds like maybe you have some bad GPS points in there that are causing problems?? If you have the current AFS software (v7.5), you can call for support (888-CASE-AFS).
So the entire field was harvested as one load, but it displays as four separate areas on the map. Hmmm... Any chance you could post a screenshot of the map?
