If you mix Agrotain in you won't have any losses at all. It is a urease inhibitor that reduces volitization and can provide up to 14 days of protection. I use it every year when I topdress urea on my corn. I will use a lower rate if rainfall is in the 5 day forecast. It is widely available here in Canada...I don't know about the US
