Subject: PF3000 Yield Changes when unloading on the go

WCIL
We've got an Ag Leader PF3000, I think its a pro. Anyway we've run this unit with our outback (for the GPS) in our JD 9650 for about 3 years. For some odd reason we've notice this year on the first 150 acres or so that we've picked, that when you unload on the go, the yield drops anywhere from 10 to 30 bu/ac and then when you shut off the unloading auger the yield jumps back up. Just printed out some yield maps tonight and we can definitely see the effects. Some fields look like pin stripes depending on how it was harvested.

Has anyone heard of a problem like this or have a suggestion for troubleshooting? If you need more info just ask. Thanks
