Renville Minnesota

One of the best things about the Case 1200 meter is its ability to plant just about any seed size accurately.   I beleive the new precision discs that fit into the Jd vacs have emulated the Cases system.     Only problems with the Case planter is it takes allot of hydralics, and in a small part of Nebraska they won't penetrate the no-till ground (from what Ive been tought here).

Whatever you do, don't hook a chain onto the meter drive shaft for driving a fertilizer piston pump.     After adding Central fill this year, we found the hydraulics were maxed out to the point of not handling the pump, like it did the last two years.  We have the correct stand count, just not spaced very well.   :^(

Good Luck Ken,   Let me guess your weather...........73 and sunny, with occasional shots of rain, but mostly sunny?
