You may not believe it but the best steak I ever had was a holstein steer fed out on Countrymarks Tender R lean ration. Tender, juscy, flavorful and large. I took a beef short corse this past winter at OSU and the served us steaks from feedlot angus steers and they didn't even compare to the holsteins from my past.
