Subject: RE: soft rubber problems with new Goodyear tires

Orange County NY
In 94` I bought a new JD 7600. It came from the factory with Goodyear DT710 1 star tires. To make a long story short they turned out to be the worst tires we have ever had. Paper thin junk. Both rears had stubble punctures within 6 mouths. Then one had a blowout while pulling a baler. Put a 3 ft rip right through the Goodyear letters. At that point we replace both rears with Firestones. They are still on there with over 7000 hrs on them. Deere or Goodyear didn`t want to talk about it. I haven`t spent 10 cents on any new Goodyear tires since.
