I don't know what sort of storage you have, but I have a neighbor who chopped soybeans one time and was putting them in an upright silo.  He said they went up the pipe just fine until they had a breakdown and had to let a load sit overnight.  He said the oil came out just from sitting overnight and they wouldn't go up the pipe after that. FWIW
