Yes, It can be done. I have done it more than once. Can supply you with references if you like. Last fall we raised a 60' diameter bin that was 83' to the peak. The bin was only a year old and had settles 8 inches out of level due to poor dirt preparation. We raised it up exactly where it was and poured app. 100 yards of 47b under it and the set it back down. No one in the country has done something like that. Good luck getting a crane operator to accept liability for your project. I am a structural mover with 2 million dollars of insurance. It can be done for less than tearing it down and rebuilding it. I have pictures of the jobs I just described but not sure how to post here.
