I'm going to sidedress another 50lbs of N this week just to make sure I have enough N in place. It doesn't appear to be as easy as test the manure and apply (even if it's stirred manure - consistant). I'll leave some strips to see the effects on the yield monitor and see if the local soil test lab can do a N test to see where I am like you suggested.
