Southern Illinois | I wouldn't be afraid of either the Geneis or the Magnum for heavy tillage work. A Genesis will hang in there just as well as the Cummins in a Magnum will. Both seem to hold up really well long term. The Ford/NH is alot nicer in the cab and you will never want a 1 door cab again after having the 2 door type. On the other hand you gotta give credit to the old IH boys when they designed the powertrain that Teneco put in the Magnum when they bought out IH. It is very heavily built for the HP size of the tractor.
