Trying to hedge some Hard Red Spring wheat on 2008 crop year but in Canada the exchange only has feed wheat and the Canadian Wheat Board won't let me price until late february of 2008. CWB runs off of MGEX. I don't want to get into CBOT or Minneapolis so what are my options? Any Canucks locking in wheat for next year? I haven't figured out how yet.
