North Central Ohio | I just heard on the ABC news tonight they are considering making the 3-wheeler ATVs illegal, they are not safe; to many little kiddies getting injured or killed on them. Uh, isn't that a taking that is prohibited by the constitution? I know this doen't help you finding parts, but I thought you might want to know what the do-gooders are planning. | |
