The lights turn on on the USB drive, but it says the drive is not compatible and can not be used. I have a friend that is using the exact same brand of drive, so perhaps the lightbar USB port is messed up. I have both update files on the drive and it's not seeing the drive at all, let alone picking the right update. Thanks for your help.
