Manual is going to say it won't work.
I don't know for sure about the width of the sheetmetal on a 4520-4620 I know a 4630 is no wider then anything else.
I am almost positive neighbors bolted their 158 onto their 148 brackets when they put the 158 on their 3010, so I'm thinking there is no width issue. The 158 is listed to fit the 4520
